Key Policies and Procedures:Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 12 pm and check-out is at 10 am, with changes available for late departures. No check-ins/outs on Christmas and New Year's Day.
Family Policy(2026):
Children of all ages are welcome. Children 12 and under must share a triple or book an additional suite. Families with children aged 0–6 must reserve a private vehicle if booking fewer than 3 tented suites.
Rates: Prices are per guest per night and include tea and coffee, most meals, alcoholic beverages (excluding premium brands), laundry, and safari activities.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 60 days or more before travel incur 30% fees, while those within 60 days incur 100% fees.
Sustainability: The lodge employs a low-impact tourism model, featuring waste separation and support for the Mara Cheetah Project.
Safety: The camp offers 4 safe, interconnected Tented Suites for families.
