This Partnerships page describes the framework, conditions, and principles under which KAAMILAN TRAVEL AND TOURS (“KAAMILAN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) engages in business collaborations with third parties. This page governs how partnerships are formed, what they mean, and what they do not mean.

1. PURPOSE OF PARTNERSHIPS

KAAMILAN enters into partnerships to expand access to travel-related services, technology integrations, and customer solutions. Partnerships may include commercial, affiliate, technology, referral, or service-facilitation arrangements.

Partnerships are intended to enhance platform functionality and customer choice, not to create legal dependency or shared liability.


2. TYPES OF PARTNERSHIPS

Partnerships with KAAMILAN may include, but are not limited to:

  • Affiliate and referral partnerships
  • Technology and API integrations
  • Travel service facilitation agreements
  • Payment, connectivity, and digital service partnerships
  • Marketing and distribution collaborations

Each partnership is governed by its own written agreement.


3. NO AGENCY, JOINT VENTURE, OR EMPLOYMENT

Nothing on the KAAMILAN Platform or in this Partnerships page shall be construed as creating:

  • A legal partnership (as defined by law)
  • An agency relationship
  • A joint venture
  • An employer–employee relationship

Each party remains an independent entity.


4. INDEPENDENCE OF PARTNERS

Partners retain full independence and control over their operations, pricing, policies, and service delivery. KAAMILAN does not supervise, manage, or direct partner operations.


5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTNERS

Partners are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Licensing, permits, and certifications
  • Accuracy of information provided
  • Fulfillment of services offered to customers

KAAMILAN does not assume responsibility for partner obligations.


6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF KAAMILAN

KAAMILAN’s responsibilities are limited to:

  • Facilitating access to partner services via the platform
  • Providing booking or referral mechanisms
  • Offering coordination support where applicable

KAAMILAN does not guarantee partner performance or availability.


7. TERMINATION OF PARTNERSHIPS

KAAMILAN reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate partnerships at its discretion, including for compliance, operational, reputational, or legal reasons.


8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Partnership discussions, agreements, and commercial terms may be confidential and protected from disclosure.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KAAMILAN TRAVEL AND TOURS shall not be liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from partner services or partnership arrangements.


10. GOVERNING LAW

All partnership relationships are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
